All bags, leather goods and accessories are sold with a certificate of the brand and are subject to a commercial guarantee, under the conditions and modalities indicated below.
Warranty
Cavalinho offers above industry average warranty for any manufacturing defects for the product purchased and kept within the guidelines and conditions of use, both for the first purchaser and for the person who will receive it as a gift, from the date of duly indicated on the official sales receipt.
We offer 3 year warranty for luggage, 2 year warranty for bags and 1 year warranty for shoes.
We reserve the right to refuse to apply the guarantee without the presentation of this document and is limited to the value of the product at the date of purchase.
What qualifies for warranty claims?
Cavalinho is responsible for quality defects that occurred during the manufacturing process, after evaluation of the Technical Assistance of the brand.
For warranty purposes, maintenance or repair of the product shall only be performed by Cavalinho and shall not be liable for improper repairs or maintenance of the product made by others. After analysis of the product, Cavalinho reserves the right to decide for repair or replacement by an equivalent or successor product.
How to do a warranty claim?
To activate the warranty, you must go to our Cavalinho Store within the warranty period, or get in touch with us via email.
How long does it take?
The average time to return the product to the customer is 30 days, but it may take more than that depending on the product.
If the guarantee is not applicable, Cavalinho provides a quote that includes the repair and all the costs involved (cost of packaging, shipping and shipping rates).
Exceptions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from signs of wear and tear, cuts in material, accidents such as exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or any other liquid, forced locks, product deformation caused by use, improper use by user or third parties, including cleaning the material incorrectly.
2 year warranty for handbags, leather goods and accessories
The following items are not considered to be manufacturing defects due to misuse and / or conservation by the consumer, and not included in Warranty:
- Signs of wear due to misuse and friction;
- Cuts in the material (by perforating or pointed objects);
- Accidents such as exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water or others;
- Forced or broken zippers and zippers;
- Deformation of the product caused by inadequate storage or overweight;
- Improper use by the user or third parties including cleaning the material incorrectly;
- Stains caused by the contact of colored materials and clothes that dye.
If the warranty does not apply, a budget is provided that includes the repair and all the costs involved.

Advice on Use
- To keep the original color of your bag. Cavalinho advises its customers to minimize contact with materials and clothing that dries, and to perform a regular cleaning with a damp cloth and neutral soap on the canvas.
- Do not use chemical agents or solvents.

- Light tones can be easily dyed when in contact with colored materials, such as jeans, among others.

Examples of situations that are not included in the warranty:
Varnish/Patent Leather
The varnish is a very durable material, however, like any other, it needs special care to remain shiny and free from scratches. One of the most common situations in this type of material is the appearance of risks caused by friction or friction. When storing your purse, leather goods and accessories, do not allow the varnish parts to come in contact with other materials that can absorb or transfer color.
Serigrafato Leather
The natural skin, being a delicate material can, over time, due to friction and friction, lose density. This is a natural process and therefore is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Alternative Fabrics or Materials
Cavalinho articles are manufactured in a handmade way, so it is possible to produce non-identical parts, this type of situation can occur in fabric products or alternative materials. These are situations that Cavalinho does not consider a manufacturing defect.
Gold Applications
This article includes applications with gold treatment finished with protection lacquer. However, during use and eventual wear, these applications are subject to losing their initial color. For this reason, Cavalinho declines any responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
1 year warranty for Footwear
The following items are not considered to be manufacturing defects due to misuse and / or conservation by the consumer, and not included in Warranty:
- Wear of the sole and heel;
- Fading of color and appearance of stains due to contact with other materials (such as jeans, paint, among others), stains caused by rain;
- Shoes that give or hurt your feet (Cavalinho recommends that you try on the shoe before buying it);
- Ripped linings due to improper effort when being worn;
- Rear of damaged shoe or any type of action that damages the shoe;
- Odor problems and bad smell.

IMPORTANT
Examples of situations that are not included in the warranty / manufacturing defect:
Metallic Material
Metallic materials with transfers, in particular gold and silver, may suffer a color wear when they come into contact with the perspiration of the skin, the same can happen with the pieces of metal that can lose gold or silver or oxidize for the same reason.
Glitter
Products made with "Glitter" are fashion items that deserve special conservation care. Because it is a delicate and fragile material, it may lose its effect (brightness) if there is any friction or impact on the site.
Stones
The products made with stones are very delicate, due to the nature of this type of footwear, Cavalinho recommends greater care, since the loss of sequins, stones and beads is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Specchio
Specchio (mirrored) is a delicate material that can lose its brightness and color with the sweat and the friction of the feet in the material, so the depigmentation of Specchio is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Nobuck and Leather
After wearing shoes from this material, color fading and spotting may occur due to contact with other materials (such as jeans, paints, etc.). NOBUCK shoes can release paint when in contact with the skin (eg perspiration).

All of our suitcases are sold with a certificate of guarantee and are subject to a commercial guarantee, under the conditions and modalities indicated below.
Cavalinho offers a three-year (3) for any manufacturing defects for the product purchased and kept within the guidelines and conditions of use, both for the first purchaser and for the person who will receive it as a gift, from the date of duly indicated on the official sales receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse to apply the guarantee without the presentation of this document and is limited to the value of the product at the date of purchase.
Warranty Cover
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by:
- incorrect use such as accidents
- weight and volume overload
- wear and tear
- negligence
- abrasion
- transportation of unusual articles
- exposure to high temperatures
- solvents, acids, water or any other liquid
- transportation natural wear or damage (particularly damage during flight or transport any kind, such as deformation, broken wheels, fractures, ruptures in the bag structure, scratches, damaged areas, etc.)
Damage caused during transport
In case of damage caused during transport, Cavalinho recommends that the situation be reported to the company responsible (air, sea or rail) for the suitcase to be inspected, since there is insurance against damages in the luggage.
For warranty purposes, the maintenance or repair of the product should only be performed by Cavalinho, since the company is not responsible for a repair or incorrect maintenance of the product. To activate the warranty, you must go to any Official Horse Shop or Authorized Agent within the warranty period. After analysis of the product, Cavalinho reserves the right to decide for repair or replacement by an equivalent or successor product. If the guarantee is not applicable, Cavalinho provides a quote that includes the repair and all the costs involved (cost of packaging, shipping and shipping rates).

CARE TO TAKE
