All of our suitcases are sold with a certificate of guarantee and are subject to a commercial guarantee, under the conditions and modalities indicated below.
Cavalinho offers a five-year (5) for any manufacturing defects for the product purchased and kept within the guidelines and conditions of use, both for the first purchaser and for the person who will receive it as a gift, from the date of duly indicated on the official sales receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to apply the guarantee without the presentation of this document.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by incorrect use such as accidents, weight and volume overload, wear and tear, negligence, abrasion, transportation of unusual articles, exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water or any other liquid, transportation natural wear or damage (particularly damage during flight or transport of any kind, such as deformation, broken wheels, fractures, ruptures in the bag structure, scratches, damaged areas, etc.)
In case of damage caused during transport, Cavalinho recommends that the situation be reported to the company responsible (air, sea or rail) for the suitcase to be inspected, since there is insurance against damages in the luggage.
For warranty purposes, the maintenance or repair of the product should only be performed by Cavalinho, since the company is not responsible for a repair or incorrect maintenance of the product. To activate the warranty, you must go to any Official Horse Shop or Authorized Agent within the warranty period. After analysis of the product, Cavalinho reserves the right to decide for repair or replacement by an equivalent or successor product. If the guarantee is not applicable, Cavalinho provides a quote that includes the repair and all the costs involved (cost of packaging, shipping and shipping rates).
Cavalinho undertakes to make every effort to provide a prompt and satisfactory solution in the context of this guarantee, but will not be responsible for cases of force majeure, such as those defined by law and case law, application of the guarantee.
