Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Cavalinho North America Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval. Cavalinho North America reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their contact and payment details up to date. We are not responsible for fees or transfers due to any inaccurate information. 

2. Commission Structure

The affiliate program operates on a tier-based commission structure:

• Bronze Tier: 5% commission
• Silver Tier: 10% commission (requires $5,000 in sales)
• Gold Tier: 15% commission (requires $10,000 in sales+)

Cavalinho reserves the right to modify commission rates or tier requirements at any time.

3. Qualifying Sales

Commission is earned on qualifying product sales generated through the affiliate’s unique tracking link.

Commission is calculated on product subtotal only and excludes:

• Shipping fees
• Taxes
• Duties
• Gift cards
• Discounts or promotional credits

Commissions are voided on refunded, returned, cancelled, or fraudulent orders. Partial refunds will result in adjusted commission.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link for tracking purposes.

Only purchases completed through the affiliate’s assigned tracking link during the applicable cookie window qualify for commission.

Cavalinho North America is not responsible for lost commissions due to:

• Improper link usage
• Browser restrictions
• Ad blockers
• Technical issues outside of our control

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid on a recurring monthly basis, once the return and exchange window has cleared. A minimum payout threshold may apply; any unpaid amounts will be pushed forward to the following month's payment. Payouts are in CAD. 

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any applicable tax reporting requirements.

6. Affiliate Benefits & Personal Use Policy

Affiliates may receive a personal-use discount as part of the program.

Personal purchases:

• Heavily discounted personal purchases are limited to two (2) items per month
• Free shipping does not apply
• Must be used in at least 1 promotional content tagging us (as UGC)
• May not be purchased for resale or unauthorized third-party use

Abuse of the personal discount benefit may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

• Accurately represent the Cavalinho brand
• Use only approved brand assets when provided
• Avoid misleading claims or false advertising
• Properly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable advertising laws

Affiliates may not:

• Run paid advertisements using Cavalinho’s brand name without written approval
• Bid on Cavalinho trademarks in paid search campaigns
• Represent themselves as employees or official brand representatives

8. Brand Integrity

Cavalinho North America maintains a premium brand position. Affiliates must ensure their content aligns with the brand’s image, tone, and values.

Content deemed harmful, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with brand standards may result in removal from the program.

9. Program Modifications & Termination

Cavalinho North America reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates, structures, or program rules
• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion
• Withhold commissions in cases of policy violations or suspected fraud

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with policy breaches.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cavalinho North America is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Participation in the program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
