What is your return deadline?
Customers have 15 days to return their items or 30 days to exchange.
How can I return my item(s)?

- All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and free of any damage.
- Any return requests received after the deadline will automatically be refused.
- Packages returned without our consent will be refused.
- Footwear must be returned unworn in the original shoe box, with the shoe bag, shoe horn and original tags.
- Original tags must remain attached to any other product.
If I buy a gift for someone, can they return it?
Items marked as a gift at time of purchase, or that are accompanied with a valid gift receipt are eligible to exchange only for an equal value product or greater value product (the exceeding value must be paid by the customer) or receive a store credit. Items that qualify for exchange unused, in original conditions and all tagged merchandise.
What can I NOT return?
Gift cards, perfume, clothing items, luggage , clearance or BOGO items cannot be returned.
When do I receive my refund?
Once your return item(s) has been received, your refund will be processed on the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified, via email, at the email address listed on your invoice when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from Cavalinho.
